A year ago I was lame. Last month I climbed Ben Avon - a 14 mile walk in the Cairngorms. (This was only one of several long distance hillclimbing expeditions that I've undertaken this year). The insoles you prepared for me earlier in the year have really transformed my life and I am hugely grateful to you. I depend on those insoles and wear them every waking moment - and that is my problem. What if they were lost? What happens when they wear out?
Would it be possible to order from you two further pairs manufactured to the same specification? Would I need to revisit the clinic? (I record below my details to enable you to reference your files).
