Dear Mr McDonald
A year ago I was lame. Last month I climbed Ben Avon - a 14 mile walk in the Cairngorms. (This was only one of several long distance hillclimbing expeditions that I've undertaken this year). The insoles you prepared for me earlier in the year have really transformed my life and I am hugely grateful to you. I depend on those insoles and wear them every waking moment - and that is my problem. What if they were lost? What happens when they wear out?
Would it be possible to order from you two further pairs manufactured to the same specification? Would I need to revisit the clinic? (I record below my details to enable you to reference your files).
Please accept again my profound thanks for the work you have done. I am very much in your debt.

Thank you for helping me shift my evil verrucae once and for all! (fingers crossed). I would highly recommend the verrucae surgery to anyone. It is definately worth the small amount of pain. The procedure itself was very quick and although it takes time to work, I could see the verrucae getting smaller and disappearing one day at a time. I no longer need to hide my feet and I can wear my favourite shoes comfortably again!

I would just like to say that I went to the Kirkintilloch Foot Clinic to have a verruca removed after about a year to a year and a half of going to the doctors and buying over the counter treatments, nothing would kill the verruca. I went to the Kirkintilloch Foot Clinic and after treatment and five check-ups my verruca is gone! Mr McDonald explained different things that could be done; the one I chose was to have my verruca numbed with about five injections, the whole process from start to finish I must say was completely pain free. You pay a one off fee that includes your treatment and check-ups after treatment. This was well worth the price, the service was excellent, and I am completely verruca free. Many many thanks. I would recommend this to anyone who has a verruca and can’t get rid!

Dear McDonalds,
Just to say thank you for your continuing care over my wife's feet.
Your
call on Friday was most helpful and much appreciated.
Her orthotics have become
such a central part of her life that we cannot
believe that it's only one month since
she had them from you. Very early
days, so we must try not to be impatient we know!
She
did manage to stand all through the Cathedral service this morning,
which she hasn't
been able to do without excruciating pain for some time,
and we had a bracing stroll
around the local arboretum lake in Saturday's
sunshine. So, many thanks for all you
have done and are still doing.
